Due to a refund on eBay (USD currency) my balance got negative and I tried for over a months to add it to solve the issue but… it simply doesn’t work. I tried to contact the customer support but I got no help (and frankly it seems a joke to me). I’ve been a PayPal customer for over 13 years, using it a lot, and I’m at the point to let it go becuase of this issue and the lack of support
