Can’t access available balance, cant resolve bank accounts

Description

A friend sent me money a while back for helping her daughter out financially and for a few months now I havent been able to get it. My account is restricted due to « suspicious activity  » of the cards linked, but I cant resolve the issue. One is my old bank account I had for a couple weeks that closed and the other card linked is my friend’s account who is now a missing person. I cant remove the cards, or add my new bank. She can’t be refunded either so how do I get my money???
