I am forced to link my account, already Pay-Pal has deducted a fee of $ 5.00 – so I refuse more fees. I have linked my bank account, but after several days still no. They did 2 small deposits, but before I could see them because of bank system delay, I closed it and then re-activated it. Since then no additional test deposits. My e-bay sale fund sits there cannot access it. (I need it to help cover July 1 rent – which was why I sold the item in the first place) it was delivered June 24! Now July 3! Cant call Paypal without hour long wait. I’ve emailed, sent feedback, sent messages, its a nightmare! What to do?
