Hi, I bought an item from Ebay and used Paypal as my payment method. The item delivered to me was not correct and I wanted to request a refund from the seller. The seller told me to open a dispute in Paypal. However, I could not find the transaction record in Paypal and hence I could not open a dispute. Can anyone help? Thank you.
