Cancelled postage

Description

About two weeks ago now I sold an item on eBay and arranged the postal through PayPal.I couldn’t print the labels off so I void the first one thinking I had done something wrong and reordered the postage again.I still couldn’t print off the address labels and again void the transaction.Ive contacted PayPal numerous times now asking for a refund of the payments I made through PayPal for the postage with no answers.I am now being ignored by PayPal having sent several messages now asking someone to look into this and refund my payments.Can anyone out there offer any advice?
