Cancelled Authorization of the payment, the amount was debited but not yet credited.

Description

I made a international payment for a certification through paypal using my debit card. Which was pending for Authorization but the amount was deducted from my bank and later on the Authorization was cancelled/denied. And the same was told by the seller about the cancellation of transfer of money. Then the amount was reversed in my bank account but later on that day it was automatically deducted from my account, then when I contacted the bank I was told that the request was from paypal. So for now I don’t know where is the money . And I also contacted paypal through message service and was told about the cancellation and they gave shady answer about the money. Please help with the issue. Thanks
