Can not see recieved payment after accepting in email.

Description

I received a payment I got the email and hit accept but going into mybaxxoubt it is not there. I have my email and moible number confirmed and also have my debit card linked. In the process of linking my bank account. I have to wait for the transactions to my bank because the login through my bank would not work. Is this why? I have searched and only have seen the answers to be to confirm my email which I have. Nothing is showing up in my transaction history or summary. Thank you!
