Can i use IBAN to withdraw money?

Hello dear community, I would be very happy if someone can help me understand something. My PayPal account was not made in the US, and i am trying to withdraw money from it using Transferwise, the problem is my Transferwise currency is EURO, i can’t have USD, so my bank informations is in the EU, to withdraw money i can use only the IBAN and other information. On my paypal tho, it only shows me the option to withdraw through a US bank account, with routing number etc…is there any ways i can change my account so im eligible to withdraw using an IBAN?
