billing issue

I’m not sure this is a place to post this, but I can’t figure out the paypal website. I just want to speak to an agent who can help me, not have to click on all kinds of things that don’t pertain to my issue.
I made an airbnb reservation and paid with paypal credit. I then, cancelled the reservation and was issued a credit. Then I noticed that there was a second charge for the same reservation. Part of it has already been paid off, but part is still outstanding. How do I take care of it? How can I speak or live chat with a human being who can help me. Please. I’m a senior citizen and my blood pressure is rising from the stress of this.
