For years my debit card and my bank account have been listed here on paypal. My debit card was lost, while awaiting for the replacement i needed to make a purchase with a debit so i pulled out my paypal business debit. My bank account is the preferred paymemt for all purchases. Why is it declining every single thing ive tried to pay for? I tried paying with my business debit and also just with my paypal account proper….whats the issue???
