Bank Account Status is confirmed have issue buying BitCoin using my bank account

I setup my bank account on pp a couple of weeks ago. The bank account status is confirmed but intermittently my bank account does not show up as funding source to purchase BitCoin. When I click on ‘do not see … methods’ windows it shows my account is not confirm in the BitCoin web page.
Very odd … I have attempt to reach out to PP HelpDesk but have not had any luck.
Please help!.
