Asking for a dispute when the transaction was made before I had a paypal account

Hi, I bought some Airpods from a website using the Paypal guest checkout, but the website itself never sent me confirmation of this purchase which is kind of concerning. I’ve emailed the company but they haven’t responded, and when I dialed the phone number on their website, it said that number didn’t actually exist. I want to open a dispute but since I used the guest checkout and only just opened a Paypal account, it doesn’t show up in my transactions. What can I do? Please help! – I will try to contact my bank but it is hard to reach them since I’m new to the US and they’re an overseas bank
