I made a payment two days late (I thought I’d paid it before the due date, but evidently did not!), and can’t get in touch with ANYONE at PayPal regarding forgiveness of a late fee. I saw in an April 2020 note, that late fees were being forgiven due to COVID. Is this still the case? If not, how in the world do I contact someone at PayPal to beg forgiveness of this slight?
