anyone know if this is real? or am i being scammed?

I’m trying to sell a diamond ring and there is someone that wants to buy it internationally, i haven’t seen anything though paypal it self, but I’ve received an email stating that he has paid for the it and have to then send a tracking number to a email address to then receive my money, the concern that i have is that i don’t think that its real, also the fact that paypal has spelt my name incorrectly in this email. if anyone could give me some advice about what is going on that would be great thank you
