Adding my bank account to paypal

So I had entered my routing and account info into paypal to link my bank account a while back and I never seen the transfers go through ( they did a few days later) idk why it took so long. a few days later I tried to link my bank account again and id get the old We’re sorry. We’re not able to process your request right now. Please try again later. » That was a few months ago and I still keep getting the same issue. How do you think I should proceed to get my bank account added at this time? «
