We are a charity and set up an account with Paypal earlier this year to receive donations from the public. It took months to set up. Then after months of creating the account as they kept requesting f urther documentation even though it had been sent previously they limit the account again even though we received an email it was resolved. I am on the phone again with them as sent more information in the past few months and our account is still limited. We cannot receive ourdonations because of it so we cant send letters or receipts to the public for their kind donations so it is affecting our work and not showing the Foundation in a positive light. Everytime i ring them to resolve i am given a different explanation or excuse and NO ONE ever replys to my email for updates. I just spent 45 minutes on the phone. i eventually asked for a supervisor even though she told me i would have to wait awhile and i told her i would wait on the p hone until i spoke to someone in charge with authority. DONT SIGN UP WITH PAYPAL IF YOU ARE A CHARITY RELYING ON DONATIONS. THEY SUCK
