Hi! Just after some advice really. Over 5 weeks ago, I received an email from Paypal to advise my ‘appeal has been unsuccessful’ and that my account is closed. I didn’t have any cases and any appeals on my PayPal account so this email came to my surprise. The timing of this has been pretty disgusting. I have no means of contacting PayPal – when I send a message I just get auto response – to go to my resolution centre. But that’s pretty much it.n There is nothing on there for me to action/do. I only see this message ‘At PayPal, we value a safer community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement, and therefore we can no longer offer you PayPal services.’ My PayPal account has always been in good order. Any advise would be really appreciated. I have money in my account that is locked for 180 days. Thanks!
