Hi. I have a case open about earphones and 1 earphones doesn’t work. Never worked since received. Seller can refund if I send item back. I can do that but it will cost me money. It’s not my fault item is not working and looks like I can only upload tracking information in my case and not send a message. Shipping to China will not be cheap, seller should pay for this.
