stupid me bought good from an add off face book, I didnt receive the items but on the day of tracking the parcel I recieved a set of ice tongs, there was suppose to be a ice making machine not tongs, anyway paypal then closed my dispute and i lost, there is no way to even open this dispute again ? im so cross
