2 weeks and still pending. Paypal doesn’t reply. What should I do?

On Nov 18th, I paid a payment through Paypal as an eCheque. After waiting a few days, I looked around on Reddit and Paypal and most pending payments take 5-7 working days to proceed. So I kept waiting for the last week. However, it has been 2 weeks and my payment is still pending. This is utterly stupid and there’s no way it would take that long to transfer. Does anyone know what should I do in this situation? I’m getting rushed by the seller but there’s nothing I can do but wait. I can’t cancel or change my payment method it seems. Also, I’ve contacted Paypal’s CS and all they said is they can’t answer right now because they’re busy.
