10 days and money still hasn’t come out of my bank account after a purchase, any ideas why?

I made a purchase of £57.99 on the 8th of May, then another purchase on the 10th of May for £40.99. Through PayPal but the funds would need to come out of my bank account. Payments completed fine and i’ve received the items. But Its been 10 days since my first payment and the money still hasn’t come out of my bank account. My balance hasn’t dropped and its not pending. Any idea why its taking so long? I have never known it take this long before.
