Inability to get through to a HUMAN, inability of Paypal to link my bank account…

When you call PayPal they tell you they can’t support your inquiry and go to their help section on the web site. You go to the help page AND IT’S UNAVAILABLE. About a month or more ago I was actually lucky enough to get a human who told me that PayPal had a glitch that randomly UN-linked certain bank accounts. I have been trying to add my bank info back for two months. First they said it wasn’t a bank they dealt with, even though it was on the approved list. Then they took my account information AND ENTERED THE WRONG INFORMATION. Then they said my bank was refusing and to call them, it wasn’t the cases as my bank has honored recent purchases. I’ve UN-linked the bank and can not put the right information in as they say it’s unavailable at this time. Just as the messaging system is as well. I am about ready to pull my hair out or just pitch PayPal completely. I’ve never had such lousy customer service in my life. HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP1!!!!!!
