How can I can money off hold that I desperately need now

Description

The payment that my father sent me was not a buyer seller type of relationship. He sent that money because I am having hard times during this pandemic and sadly I have contracted the virus and tested positive. I have no way to go to stores to shop for groceries for me any my 2 year old twins so he was sending me the money so I could grocery shop online. I need to be able to access this money ASAP. I didn’t know that a hold would be put on my money once my Dad sent it to me. Is there anyway you all can help me get my money faster because 21 days is wayyy to long when I desperately need this money now. I’m not sure why PayPal even thought this was a buyer seller type of relationship anyway when we never mentioned anything about a service or product being advertised or sold.
