A week+ to move money into my Paypal wallet is ridiculous!

I have been using Paypal for at least 20 years and I’ve been using my Canadian bank account and credit card to do so since February of 2005. I tried do buy a drive on eBay and realized hat the exchange rate had depleted my wallet over Christmas but I knew I had verified both the bank account and credit card years ago. When I went to add funds Paypal told me it would most likely be done by the 31st of January. I know how long electronic funds transfers take. There is no reason to wait. Of course I am missing the auction and I am extremely **bleep** What the heck is wrong with you people? This is untenable. Gary
