Payment didn`t processed by ASOS

Hello folks! I did a payment to online store asos.com. Money was deducted from my bank account via paypal and i have transaction ID and mail from paypal that transaction was successful but asos.com sent me message that my payment was unsuccessful. I contacted asos help center and they said that payment should be refunded in an automatic way within 48 hours. But i cannot open a case in Paypal Resolution center. When i`m trying to open a case and selecting this transaction i`m receiving following error message: Unable to complete your request We’re unable to file a case for this transaction. You can contact Customer Service for further queries. What can i do with it and what should i do to receive my money back as soon as possible?
