Denial of unauthorized debit

Description

luckily, I did not have much money in my PayPal account. While at a birthday party, I received a text with a one time security code. I thought this must be an error. My password is nothing common and would be very very hard to guess even if you know me. The next morning I checked my balance and two transactions had gone thru. One for $50 and one for $30. Luckily, I only had $81 in the account. There was an email attached and I sent an email. The response was “why did you send me money?” I responded that I did not. I started a dispute and 24 hours later, PayPal responds that this transaction was NOT unauthorized. Is this a common problem? I was excited to use PayPal for my business, but now I think I will just go back to using my bank
