Confirm Your Identity Problem Unresolved

Hi, good day! How’s everyone? Would like to ask if you can help me with my Confirm Your Identity problem with PayPal. This has been going on for a week (as far as I remember). It doesn’t allow me to send money from my PayPal Balance to an already linked bank account in Australia. There used to be no problem before, but I don’t know what happened now. What I recently did was just remove linked bank accounts and debit and credit cards that already expired. I followed the notification prompts on confirming my identity, and it would always come back as ‘You’re all set. Your identity is confirmed.’ But then again, I cannot transfer money, since PayPal will not allow me. Thanks in advance! Solved! Go to Solution.
