Paying for LinkedIn using Paypal, changing a vendor status from inactive to active

Description

It is impossible to pay using Paypal when a vendor’s status is inactive. I think Paypal wants us to stop using them and find another payment provider like google wallet or something because its crazy to think that you can’t change a vendor’s status from inactive to active. LinkedIn isn’t going to change this status for me on their website it just states, payment denied » which is the same as saying « don’t use PayPal use another payment provider. » So guess what I did? I used another payment provider. Get your act together before you loose more customers. »
