Unauthorised payments

Description

I’ve just had 9 alerts on my PayPal app that I’ve requested payments from my bank account to my PayPal account, amounts ranging from £155 to £5000. PayPal phones not working, I have messaged them but it says it can take hours to get a reply. I’ve contacted my bank and they’ve assured me not payments have been requested from my bank account but they’ve cancelled the PayPal direct debt anyways. Has anyone else had this? I’m thinking it has something to do with an item I purchased on eBay which got cancelled as eBay said the seller was fraudulent or something along those lines Thanks
