Good afternoon, I had a dd go out for PayPal and it was declined and put my PayPal account in negative so I paid money in to my PayPal account to cover the payment as requested as soon as I was able to do so. Then today a direct debit has been taken again for the same amount and put me overdrawn with my bank? If you are planning on taking the payment again why did you ask me to find another way to make this payment ASAP? I’m now not able to buy any groceries for home and my 3 year old son and I’m so stressed and angry right now that PayPal have done this and taken 70 quid from me instead of the approved 35 that I did pay. I had my message complaint on chat closed without a response and now I get through on the phone to raise my complaint and concerns and the adviser muted the call and wouldn’t speak to me.
