PayPal email instructed me to select Upload File under Actions for this item, but I can’t find Upload File anywhere on the disputed item information. The item is at the point where I was instructed to send the item back to China which costs $127 for a $79.99 Calcutta fishing reel which was a Bait-n-Switch scam.
