How do I report scam which I was scammed to sent money to them via paypal

Description

I met a girl through bigo live app, after I tip a lot of diamond then I got her message saying that if I want to meet on private via Line App. I really didn’t. But, before going to private she texted me to sent her some money with the promise that she will do whatever I would ask for. So, I didn’t think much that she was scammer as well. once I sent her money and she tried to delay not seeing me because of many reason. so, I had to wait for her many days before I realized I was scammed. I tried to dispute the charge and called the customer service but not of this work because of pandemic. I am looking some help and to broadcast this news to the community so that no one would be scammed like my case.
