I am in desperate help and I dont know if i have any legal rights in this matter. My daughter sent me $1,000 on 12-18 and i have not received it as of todays date. I was told that I would receive it on 12-23 and then on 12-28 and now I’ve been advised it hasnt cleared from the financial institution. I contacted the bank it came from with my daughter and the bank confirmed funds were sent to her paypal account on 12-21 and cleared on 12-23. What do I do.
