Hey when I created my PayPal acount for some reason my country in in senagal and I’m in Minnesota this has be made it hard for me to buy anything because it tell me I’m not in the same country as my profile, I’ve grown extremely sad over the past 5 month getting absolutely no help , non of the costermer service knows what there talking about and I can never get an American worker so the cultured people answering are all way repeating there self insted of actually helping me with anything , please can I talk to a human about this , I’ve been so angry and I’m usually a very nice person but I’m surely at my breaking point.
