Withdrawal completed??

Hey, I’ve withdrawn money from my account to my card, usually this is instant. I have had occasion where it’s been put on hold for 24hours and once I waited 2 hours. However other than that it is instant. I’ve withdrawn last night and it’s not went pending it says it’s completed – however it’s not in my bank as it usually is. Just find it strange I’ve done nothing different to usual but still waiting on it? I have read that sometimes it’s on the banks side and that’s why it takes a while longer but I’ve spoken to my bank live chat and they have no record of the transaction as of yet. Thanks
