Will I get my Refund or not?

Fiverr send money to the Paypal wallet. But because of the KYC issue, I didn’t get the money. An agent from said: The money has been sent back to Fiverr. But Fiverr does not provide a refund, it’s their policy. Here it’s: Note: Make sure that you are withdrawing to the correct withdrawal account. Once a withdrawal has been processed, we will not be able to reverse it or refund the funds back to Fiverr. You will need to communicate with PayPal or Payoneer to access these funds.
