Web Authorized Payments show 1 dollar charges NO REFUND

Description

I have had a PayPal account for years. Recently, I am seeing web authorized PayPal payments for $1. No changes to bank account, card, etc. I understand the $1 charge AND refund for security.. I get it, but in this case… I am being charged multiple times and NO return/refund for that $1. Charges: May 18, May 14, May 8 and May 7. What am I missing? These charges do not appear on my PayPal transaction history, and I cannot initiate a complaint because the transaction isn’t showing up on PayPal. Bank says it is PayPal… Any suggestions? Thanks!
