I recently placed a rather large order online and didn’t notice the total was higher than the weekly limit for my bank account (as determined by my bank). Now because the transaction didn’t go through Paypal has removed this bank account and I have a negative balance.
Since I only have one bank account, the only way for me to resolve the negative balance is to re-add the old account. However, for some reason Paypal won’t allow me to do that. When I try to add the account, the following message is displayed:
« We’re sorry. We’re not able to process your request right now. Please try again later. »
This isn’t helpful at all. Why didn’t it work? Please try again later??
Can I add the account again or not? If not, how am I supposed to resolve the negative balance?
