Verification Code in Verifying Debit Card

Description

I’m from the Philippines and I’m trying to verify my PayPal account. Going through the verification, it charged me Php 100.00 for it and it says that I need to enter the 4-digit verification code that I see in the payment description from my bank account. I entered it the only 4-digit code that I see in the payment description but it says it’s invalid. Then I saw an option for PayPal to send me a new code, meaning another charge of Php 100.00. I entered the code and it also resulted invalid. After that, I tried to insert the code again and it directed me to a page where I have to contact PayPal’s Customer Service. My debit card was automatically removed from my PayPal account. How do I refund the charges or resolve this issue? Solved! Go to Solution.
