Whatever Driver Support is, my one off payment keeps recurring and is impossible to cancel, I have cancelled it on the Driver Support « website » and I have cancelled the payment on my Paypal account, but the money is taken from my account, not once each month but twice! I have just sent an email to the contact us part of the Paypal website asking for a refund, but why are Driver Support able to get payments after I have cancelled them and my account shows no recurring payments are authorised?
