Transaction not showning on my account after paypay completed paayments on ebay

looks like no help is coming from,eBay or Paypal after successful buying an item,then afterwards ebay sends me a email to say the translocation didn’t not complete successful resent the payments when the payments have been made and the money is taken out of my account..now the same ebay is asking me to resent the money which it has took already in my account to send again ..is that affair..later i found the transaction to have been canceled without a refund ..who canceled i don’t no… the item number is : 233195515383 Order placed on Friday, Apr 12, 2019 Payment method PayPal so my money has been taken both PayPal & ebay denial to have made the transaction when at first it said successful, the money was token out of my account but no order is showing..so ebay whats going on,,no answers from you & its but.
