Tomtop.com – scam seller and false listing! Be aware!

The products I bought from Tomtop were not working, I requested refund, but they were not willing to. I have sent them photos and video as they requested, they offered 40% refund to set it down, I refused it because why should I pay the 60% for the things will throw away, but I did not hear back from them again. I asked to Paypal to step in to solve the problem. Got email from Paypal today, tomtop has agreed to issue a full refund once you return the item(s) associated with this transaction, and you’re responsible for any costs associated with the return, I made a quot from UPS, the shipping cost to China will be much more than I paid for the products, that means I will waste more money to send it to them. Just a lesson learnt that never trust this type of scam seller, and Paypal should not work with them. Be aware of this type of scam seller and false listing.
