The Debit card has already been added (Can not be added again…)

Description

Hi Everyone, I have accidentally opened a business account and have added my debit card to it. Then I realized I do not need a business account but a personal account and have closed a business account without removing the debit card. Now when I try to add the same debit card to my personal account it says that that card has already been added on a different account. What can I do to remove the Debit Card from my closed Business account in order to be able to add it to my Personal active account ? Thank you all for your time
