temporarily limited access – caught in a loop

Description

My credit card was compromised (due to a disputed charge) and cancelled. My bank issued a new card. However the system has limited my access, and I can’t get past the resolution center. In the resolution center I get the message, « confirm a card », which I have done successfully – the system shows my new card. It also shows the cancelled card, and I can’t remove it no matter how many times I try to do that. The system refuses to go to the next step, apparently because I haven’t successfully removed the old card. What am I missing?
