Suspected scam website – cancel pending payment

Hi All I purchased some items from a heavily suspected scam website last night through paypal (APM). It was some lego sets which have recently retired so hard to find, this paticular site had 3 in stock so i purchased. Once purchase was complete i realised something seemed off as tracking was all linking to chinese sites. After looking further the site was only made in 2020 and had generic fake reviews from chinese avatars. the company address changed location on each tab and occasionaly a different tab changed the name of the website! The site says 24/7 support but having messaged asking for transaction to be cancelled i have had nothing back from them. I have gone to resolution center on paypal but cannot ope a case because payment is pending i presume or become i paid through paypal but with bank account? Is there a way to cancel this.
