Description
I recently thought I purchased a piece of sound equipment from wwardrobe.com. I purchased via Paypal on their website, but received no receipt for my purchase. The website said the transaction would be sent to my email. No such email appeared. The PayPal account I paid was in under the name IAN , however I never received such items. The tracking information submitting to PayPal could not be verified for my purchase. The seller’s contact email was obviously not a real email account Eventually I received an odd package from UPS (mind you, the seller original sent a USPS tracking number) and the return address on the package is a Amazon warehouse in California. The package I opened contained a single sheet of stickers with smiley faces on it, no information as to why they were sent, and this was definitely not the sound equipment I purchased. Unfortunately, I need not make the connection between these two incidents. I recently opened up a case via Paypal against the seller in which I said I did not receive my items. The seller then responded to the dispute by posting the correct tracking information (a USPS tracking number, even though my package was sent by UPS). PayPal sided with the seller saying that they confirmed my package was delivered without giving me a chance to respond. The original website I made my purchase from does not exist on the internet anymore. Is there anything else I can do through PayPal to at the very least get my money back?
