Scam?

Hello, I usually sell things on Depop site. Last night someone messaged me on Depop & asked to buy 3 items but wanted to do it through PayPal only not the Depop app. I thought this was a bit strange but said that would be okay. She said that the money had been sent plus added an extra £2 to make it up to £50. I then received an email from ‘PayPal’ saying the money was on hold & that I need to send the tracking info before the money would be released. I’ve sent a ‘phishing’ email to PayPal but waiting to hear back. I’m concerned that I promised next day delivery so want to see if this is legit ASAP. Can anyone help? Thanks x
