Resolution Date keeps changing No Answers

I ordered an item January 31st this year. After much to and fro between myself and the seller i had to open a dispute on April 6th because i did not receive the item.. Two months on. Well after the 7-20 working days delivery est. By the end of April i had to escalate it to a claim. The seller was given till May 14 the respond or solve the claim. i was then given May 24th as the resolution date. this has been changed 5 times since. Today been the latest change to June 9th. It only had been changed yesterday. If i check status of claim it just says reviewing sellers information. All the seller has given is the tracking number which by the way hasn’t worked since February. So what exactly is being reviewed? i made order January 31st. It is now June 4th. The seller has had enough time now. I’ve no item and the seller has my money. Does it ever be solved
