Refund to Cancelled Credit Card Account

Description

PayPal sent a refund to my cancelled credit card account. Contacted the bank, they say they declined the money back to PayPal because I have no current account. Contacted PayPal, and the Merchant, who both say they haven’t got the money, contact the bank. I’m going backwards and forwards and getting nowhere. Bank are now sending me a letter to say they declined the money back to source. Hoping if i get this, and send to PayPal, I will get my money back? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
