My friend sent me money a few minutes ago. It should have been a Friends and Family transaction, as he was just paying me back for something we split. But he logged it as Goods and Services. So, PayPal charged me a fee of $2! Can we reverse the transaction or is there some way Paypal can just reclassify it so that I don’t get charged a fee? This is a bit absurd that just because my friend is new to PayPal that Paypal can charge me over $2 for a little friend and family transfer.
